Atoll Electronique Add-On Boards

Atoll Electronique offers a range of optional add-on boards designed to enhance the functionality of their integrated amplifiers and preamplifiers. These boards include the DA100 and DA200 digital-to-analog converter (DAC) boards, as well as the P50 and P100 phono boards. Below is an overview of each board and their compatibility with Atoll models:

DA100 DAC Board

The DA100 is equipped with an AKM-AK4490 audio converter, providing a dynamic range and signal-to-noise ratio of 120 dB. It offers two coaxial inputs and two optical inputs, each supporting up to 24-bit/192 kHz resolution. This board is compatible with the following Atoll models:

• IN50 Signature or Evolution
• IN80 Signature or Evolution
• IN100 Signature or Evolution
• PR200 Signature or Evolution

DA200 DAC Board

The DA200 also features the AKM-AK4490 converter with similar dynamic and signal-to-noise specifications. In addition to two coaxial and two optical inputs (24-bit/192 kHz), it includes an asynchronous USB-B input (supporting PCM up to 32-bit/384 kHz and DSD up to DSD256) and a Bluetooth receiver. The DA200 is compatible with:

• IN50 Signature or Evolution
• IN80 Signature or Evolution
• IN100 Signature or Evolution
• IN200 Signature or Evolution
• PR200 Signature or Evolution
• PR300 Signature or Evolution
• PR400 Signature or Evolution

P50 Phono Board

Designed specifically for moving magnet (MM) cartridges, the P50 phono board utilizes a low-noise JFET operational amplifier. It is suitable for connecting entry-level and mid-range turntables and is compatible with all integrated amplifiers and preamplifiers in Atoll's Signature or Evolution series, excluding the IN30 model.

P100 Phono Board

The P100 is a fully balanced, discrete component design configurable for both MM and moving coil (MC) cartridges. It allows adjustment of input impedance to match various turntable requirements. Like the P50, it is compatible with all integrated amplifiers and preamplifiers in the Signature or Evolution series, excluding the IN30 model.

These optional boards can be installed at the time of purchase or added later to accommodate evolving audio needs. For optimal performance and compatibility, it is recommended to have these boards installed by an authorized Atoll dealer.
